The Special Events Committee at Ascension helps to provide fun, fellowship and entertainment for the congregational events at church.  Some of these events include: Rally Day, Oktoberfest, Advent Wreath Making (Craft and Carols), Chili Cook-Off, Family Fun Events (Egg Stravaganza) and other receptions for special events.  There are many different responsibilities that members have, so you can put your own skill to work.  Things such as cooking, baking, decorating, signage, setting up and cleaning up events and even being the “host of the event” when they take place.  All new members are welcome and new ideas for events are always encouraged.  The Special Events Committee would like to thank you for your interest and we hope to see you at one of our events!
